When a “Owner Registration” request comes in from Jotform, follow these steps to complete the registration:
- Login to: https://www.tidewaterhoa.com/OwnerWeb/
- WordPress Platform, use 1pass for logon information
- Select Users on left hand nav menu
- “Add User” or screen should be default
- Use submitted email from form as username and email address fields
- User’s First and Last name should be in the subject line of the submission
- Leave website field blank
- Create a standard password for the user
- Role should be set to SUBSCRIBER
- Click Add User button to save
- Reply to email letting user know their account is created and their default password

If account already exists, simply reset their password to something new, and reply with that password.
