Users found at Management Companies will fall under this category as they manage multiple if not all of the following Merchant Services. End user should know which service they need assistance with. If the service is managed and we know about it, you will find information in MSI.
These will be iPads/Tablets/mobile phones or devices that use only WiFI and more than likely will NOT have LTE connectivity. Check the Managed Site Info/Mobile tab to site specific details.
